The intelligence failures surrounding the Flight 253 terrorist plot were not like those who preceded
the 9 / 11 attacks, top counterterrorism official at the White House said Sunday.
Many of the failures are "human error," Deputy National Security Advisor, John Brennan, told Fox
News. Others were the result of an intelligence system that can not process "millions and
millions of bits of data" as effectively as it should, said on ABC.
